Hostal Fabrellas - Caldes de Malavella

The hostel offers warm budget rooms with comfy beds and en suite bathrooms. the location of the hostel in Caldes de Malavella is great, within a short walk to nice areas around the hostel, the train station, and the old town. - the hostel features a beautiful garden.

everything was good, including affable staff and stunning location to the no1 golf course in spain which is bidding for the ryder cup. location: the hotel was near to the center of town and girona airport. i found there plenty of restaurants to eat, like restaurant ca la manela that is only 10 minutes' walk away. stayed in well-equipped economy room with en suite bathroom, a comfy bed plus a/c. the rate was £ 69.

Enjoyed the very central location just off the wonderful old town of Caldes de Malavella. the atmosphere created was quiet and pleasant. - Had an excellent stay for 1 night at Hostal Fabrellas.

The staff were very kind and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The shower worked well and it even had a tv in the room. If you're out late you are given a key so you can still get in. I didn't try breakfast but it did look nice. Generally a very relaxed place.

I think it would have been better if the password for the wifi was accessible.

The place is cool, the staff are really kind and understanding.

The economy room is warm and cosy.

Great place to stay, always come back. Friendly staff recommended nearby restaurants. Perfect for me: Wi-Fi, car park, luggage storage. Also, has restaurant, TV, lift. Love the golf course, kids' play area, board games. My holiday spot.

Very friendly staff waited up until we arrived very late. Very good value for money, and a nice, clean room facing the quiet street.

Booked Fabrellas as had late arrival at Girona and Caldes D-M just a few miles from Airport Great value for nights stopover with couple of decent restaurants in the village.The Owner speaks a little English and was very helpful.

The room had central heating, multi-channel television, and a study table, which I truly enjoyed. I appreciated the street view from the room. - the location was peaceful and very close to the No1 golf course in Spain, which is bidding for the Ryder Cup, as well as Sant Grau.

Quiet and very clean with very pleasant garden and patio and excellent location in the centre of the town but with parking.

The entrance to the parking is tricky, glad I had a small car.

I really enjoyed the warm and friendly attitude of the staff. I did not speak much of Spanish and they did not speak much English, but it all went so smoothly exactly because they were kind and very nice people.

I am not use to the breakfast they serve in Spain. But that is completely my issue. I am use to something more substantial and not only sweet pastries.

The hotel is set in a very central area close to Costa Brava, the No1 golf course in Spain which is bidding for the Ryder Cup. Our economy room was equipped with central heating, a work desk, and a television with satellite channels.

Very helpful ans friendly staff, and excellent value for money. It exceeded our ecpectations.

An extra blanket in the bedrooms during the winter would be good!

The owner was a lovely guy who would do anything to help make your stay be as comfortable as posible

I cant really think of anything I didn`t like its just an inexpensive place to have a short break
